The tournament is open for both sexes but the male players
are required to wear a skirt and improve their general
appearance to be more female-like. The organizers reserve a
right to judge if any male player is fit enough to enter the
competition.
The system will be 6 round Swiss with SOS and SODOS as tie
breakers, handicap according to rank difference reduced by 2
stones (maximum 9 stones), 20 minutes per player, no byoyomi.
